AccScale provides AI-powered business analytics services that integrate with third-party data sources like Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. The Service generates business deliverables, insights, and recommendations based on your data and business context.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AccScale and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours; we do not claim ownership of the data you provide.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. AI-GENERATED INSIGHTS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCSCALE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Korea.
